Committee Mission: To develop and maintain the design methodology for precast concrete connections, joints, and joint regions. To coordinate the combination of ACI 318, AISC 360, AWS, and material supplier requirements and recommendations with precast concrete preferred practice into a coherent and consistent design protocol in support of the PCI Design Specification. To provide design examples for illustrating precast concrete connection design methodology in support of the PCI Design Handbook and other PCI technical documents.
