Committee Mission: To identify the research and development programs necessary to advance the precast/prestressed concrete industry and the design of precast/prestressed concrete. To facilitate the research and development programs required to meet the identified needs. To fund and seek other sources of funding to support those programs. To administer those projects to completion. To ensure dissemination of the information from these programs to the Institute and code-writing bodies.
