Committee Mission: To identify opportunities in need of technical innovation which would advance precast and precast, prestressed concrete in current and new markets. To recommend research topics to the Research and Development Council that will assist PCI Producer Members with the adoption and implementation of innovative technologies and techniques that can be applied to existing or new precast, prestressed products.
